Our Culture
We foster an inclusive environment in which individuals can be their authentic selves. Our core values of diversity, empathy, respect, and trust highlight the behaviors that anchor our culture. We use regular engagement surveys to measure our DEIB impact using an inclusion index, as well as to ensure a positive corporate culture.

Created in 2020, Edmentum鈥檚 Employee Resource Groups foster an inclusive environment, while building a diverse employee and leadership pipeline.
